Girish has a passion to define, drive and deliver multiple product lines. Girish has over 25+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has expertise in specification to silicon to production, with multiple successful silicon shipping in the end products targeted for domains like communication, networking, multimedia, consumer, computing, and gaming industries. He holds a Master's degree in Electronic Design from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Ranjit Yashwante
Co-Founder and CTO
Ranjit is a technology specialist and believes in driving First Pass Silicon. Ranjit has over 25+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with multiple successful tape-outs for the storage industry and has expertise in physical design and physical verification of complex SoCs in the latest technology nodes. He holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunication from the College of Engineering, Pune.
Nitin Lahane

Nitin comes with 24+ years of software development and 15+ years of academic experience. He has successfully managed key accounts with multiple customers in the areas of multimedia systems, embedded systems, and IoT. He holds a master's degree in communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
Dhananjay Wagh
VP Engineering
Dhananjay Wagh is a semiconductor engineering leader with over 24+ years of experience in architecting and delivering complex Silicon IPs and SoCs from concept to successful silicon. He has led multiple first-pass tape-outs of enterprise storage SoCs and engineering teams across the semiconductor product lifecycle. His expertise includes SoC architecture, Silicon IP development, processor subsystems, high-speed interconnects, networking technologies, and system integration, with recent contributions to AI infrastructure solutions.
Prasad Nadkarni
Finance Head
Prasad is a finance and compliance professional with 25+ years of experience in the fields of accounting, financial, secretarial, taxation, and audit. Prior to Aaroh Labs, he had worked in various finance and compliance profiles with a number of manufacturing and service companies, including MNCs. He is a qualified Company Secretary (CS), a commerce graduate, and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
